Fairfield Continuing Education Class, Febuary 2010: Buying and Renovating Undervalued Homes
Class Description
This class is ideal for anyone who is considering purchasing their dream home, a stepping stone to their dream home or a house for investment purposes. I am very excited to be teaching this NEW COURSE. I cannot tell you how many DEALS I have run across that would be just perfect for the everyday buyer. Everything has changed and it all benefits you. Today’s market is a buyer’s market. In the past only Investors had the tricks to buy and fund the rehab of homes which you can not get a traditional mortgage on. Now, in this changing market there are more non-mortgageable houses than ever and the banks have new products to help future homeowners buy these fixer uppers. I can show you not only how to get this funding but how to make it work for you. In this class you will learn to look at a house as investors do and make the right decisions to save you time and money. You will also gain the ability to see a house’s potential, gain a realistic view of construction costs involved in any work needed from a tear down to a cosmetic upgrade and how to conduct a project from start to finish. You can end up with a house you never thought you could afford when you understand what is involved in a makeover. You will learn the best ways to obtain BANK OWNED PROPERTIES and how to work with REO AGENTS. Also you will learn how to do a market analysis so that you will be able to assess the home’s as is value and future worth. How to find a good contractor with good pricing and much more will all be included in this class. If you are thinking of purchasing a property for any reason you can not afford to miss this class. A $20 materials fee for color booklet with valuable information and photos payable to the instructor at the first class. Instructor Lucas Papageorge, Jr. is the founder of a real estate rehabbing company, which has successfully completed multiple projects in the Fairfield area. Furthermore, he consults and runs projects for some of the biggest and best investment firms in the state. Lucas has an extensive background in engineering and construction of multi-million dollar projects. You can visit his web site at www.lcpgc.com for more information.
